Exterior Jacks is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information about our services, and we are actively working to meet and maintain that standard.
Our Current Standard
We have designed this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. The majority of our site meets the AAA standard — the highest level of accessibility compliance. Some elements of our site currently meet the AA standard, and we are actively working to bring those elements to full AAA compliance.
These guidelines define three levels of conformance — A, AA, and AAA — to ensure web content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers.
What We've Done
In working toward accessibility on this site we have focused on providing sufficient color contrast throughout the site, ensuring all images include descriptive alt text, making all navigation accessible via keyboard, structuring content with clear headings and logical reading order, and ensuring forms are clearly labeled and easy to complete with assistive technology.
Known Limitations
While we strive for the highest level of accessibility, some elements of our site currently meet the AA standard rather than AAA. These may include certain contrast ratios on decorative or animated elements and some multimedia content. We are actively working to address these areas.

This site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies: screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and text resizing, and high contrast display settings.
